Lot 117 is a story about the origins of the earth, the balance between good and evil, and a man’s quest to be the greatest regional retail manager in New Jersey. Finn LeHolme, an introverted genius with self confidence issues discovers ancient engine rooms buried deep below the ground. Helplessly, and with perhaps nothing better to do, he’s thrust into the epic clash between opposing forces dating back to the earliest pages of the bible, when the competition to control the earth began.
